Dr. Prather was informative, friendly and approachable! She took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us time to decide how we wanted to move forward. She gave us her professional opinion about whether we should get our son’s ties revised yet didn’t pressure us into a decision. We went ahead with the procedure which was extremely quick and our son is recovering well! She also followed up with a text afterwards to check in on us. I would highly recommend Dr. Prather!
The staff and Dr. Prather were absolutely phenomenal! Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and very very sweet As a first time mom. doing a tie release procedure with your baby can be a very stressful and emotional experience, especially if there have been feeding issues prior. Everyone made this experience as easy and positive as possible which was so important for us and our baby gir1 Could not recommend them enough!
Dr. Prather's office was nothing short short of exceptional. From the time we walked through the door upon arrival to the time we exited, every encounter wijh each employee was warm and welcoming. Dr. r>rather and Elizabeth were both very thorough during the consultation and prep. I took my daughter here to have her lip tie, tongue, tie, and cheek buckles corrected. I arrived, feeling anxious, and I left, feeling quite the opposite. I would give more than five stars if I could. Highly Recommended. Her office is very personal and very comfortable. I love her holistic values. hands-down, the best service I have received in quite some time. I am glad that I took my daughter here who is two months old.
We had a wonderful experience at Paige Prather Smiles. Our daughter's airway imaging & tongue-tie assessment, treatment plan, and revision procedures were all smooth and we felt well informed. The staff were always friendly and helpful to answer our questions. We felt very supported & they were very considerate to follow up and check on her after her procedure. All of our appointments began right on time, and we were surprised how efficient they were - all while being very patient and thorough during our appointments. We never felt rushed, and always valued as their patient and as a person visiting their office. Oh, and they're very knowledgeable and professional Win-win! Highly recommend!
Paige Prather is highly praised in our home! She took my little failure to thrive baby who could hardly eat at all and by fixing all of his tongue, lip, and cheek ties she helped him be able to eat and gain weight! We are so thankful for how they held our hands through the whole process that was so foreign and new. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Prather for many years and she is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and highly concerned and invested in the dental care for her patients. I saw her today for a tooth extraction. The initial phase of a tooth implant. I highly recommend her and am extremely pleased with the care I received!
I could not recommend Dr. Prather and her team more. I was so nervous for our appointment, but everyone I met was so kind and reassuring. My baby and I were led to their nursery to settle in and nurse and get comfortable. They brought me water and had nursing pillows and a rocking chair and changing table. Then when it came time for the assessment and procedure, Dr. Prather was so efficient, compassionate, and educational. Everything that was on their website about the procedure, payment, aftercare etc. was accurate. All my questions were answered and Dr. Prather released all four of my baby’s ties in what felt like 5 minutes. Elizabeth, Jessica, and the front desk staff were also EXCELLENT and went above and beyond to make it a good experience for both my daughter and me. If you’re on the fence - don’t be! Go here!
For me, dental care has been the hardest medical service to always keep up to date. Its so easy to put off until next year! I was referred to Dr Prather years ago by my optometrist. I have not always kept up with my dental needs as regularly as I should, but each time I return whether for a cleaning or something more extensive, I receive a warm and welcoming greeting. I always receive excellent services from the dental hygienist to the doctor!
